Our Terms and Conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen) are available in German only, as legally required for an Austrian-registered company (DIAD GmbH). The German version is the legally binding document.

The following is a non-binding summary for your convenience:

• These Terms apply to all B2B business relationships with DIAD GmbH ("Digital Advisory")
• Services include consulting, training, marketing concepts, content creation, and software licensing
• Fees are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed; all prices exclude VAT
• Digital Advisory retains intellectual property rights; clients receive usage rights upon full payment
• Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; liability for slight negligence is excluded (except personal injury)
• Austrian law applies; place of jurisdiction is Vienna
• Workshop/seminar cancellations: 30% (4+ weeks before), 50% (1+ week before), 80% (less than 1 week)
